We host virtual and in person workshops for non-profit and for profit organizations, minimum of ten (10) participants. All workshops are interactive, includes group discussions, Q and Q with the facilitator, quizzes, handouts and activities.
Navigating the Funding landscape: A guide for Non-Profit Organizations
This workshop aims to provide directors and senior leaders of non-profit organizations that have charitable status, with practical tips for identifying funding programs that align with their mandate and mission. Participants will learn how to find the right information about funding programs, outreach tips for connecting with funding organizations and identifying other sources of funding such as foundations, and private sector. Participants will learn how to identify which level of government is most suitable for seeking funding. This workshop is ideal for non-profit organizations seeking funding for local or regional programs based in Canada.
Fundraising Fundamentals and Strategies: A Toolkit for Non-Profit Organizations
Participants will be provided with fundraising fundamentals and principles. This workshop will also provide a fundraising toolkit tailored to the capacity and scope of non-profit organization. Participants will learn about various fundraising methods, such as, events and online campaigns, recruiting, retaining and engage volunteers. Participants will also learn about various fundraising tools and how to leverage technology. Invitation templates for inviting dignitaries, donor engagement and community outreach strategies will also be included.

Navigating the Government in Canada: A Guide for Newcomer Entrepreneurs
This workshop aims to provide newcomer entrepreneurs with a comprehensive understanding of the Canadian government structure, focusing on the three levels of government—federal, provincial, regional, and municipal. Participants will learn about the specific issues that fall under each jurisdiction and the roles of various governmental committees. The workshop will cover practical insights on the importance of understanding government services for business needs.

Ethical Impacts of Artificial Intelligence: A Public Policy Blueprint for the Innovation Age
With the rapid growth of AI and the digitization of essential services within healthcare, banking and education, there is a critical need for regulation of AI and an ethical framework to ensure human rights and civil liberties are protected. This workshop will explore the top ethical dilemmas within Artificial Intelligence, such as, algorithmic bias, job replacement, biometric surveillance, discrimination, inaccuracies, environmental impacts and privacy violations. There will also be an overview of the National AI strategies in western countries and universal guidelines that should be considered. A public policy blueprint will be explored to identify best practices within the private and public sectors.

The Art of Building An Awareness Campaigns
This workshop teaches participants how to create an awareness campaign and highlight 7 key principles of advocacy. It will explore various strategies for raising awareness and advocating for an issue at the local and political level. Proven techniques for recruiting volunteers, engaging politicians and maintaining a strong support team. Participants will also learn effective methods for engaging the community on important social issues, maintaining momentum and establishing partnerships with various stakeholders.
